Processing Times All orders are carefully processed in the order they are received.
- Pre-order items: Production begins after the drop window closes. Expected shipping window is 4–6 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.
- In-stock items: Ships within 1–3 business days.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
- In-stock / Regular items: 30 days from delivery date
- Pre-order items: All sales are final — no returns or exchanges (due to custom production)
Conditions for Returns
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards
How to Return an Item
- Email us at obvistbrand@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5–7 business days)
Exchanges We currently only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For size exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will happily replace it or issue a full refund (including original shipping).
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

- During high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly longer
